A: For cat litter that gets tracked or near litter box, I find it works quite well - also for cat hair that the vacuum seems to miss. Definitely a fan of this product and since it is light, fast, quiet

Would be nice if it worked, and return declined.
The bristle brush was crooked right out of the box and the unit didn't pick up anything. I carefully repackaged and returned the item only to be denied refund without explanation. I will keep the denied return in mind when considering Target for retail merchandise that may require a return, going forward.

I would recommend this sweeper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I attempted to screw on the poles to assemble the sweeper for using, the handle apparently was defective as it would not screw on (it appeared there was no threading inside). I attempted to try to push it on hard but it kept falling off. Luckily I still had my old Bissell sweeper and was able to swap out the handles. This is about my third sweeper I've purchased over the years. I believe the second one I received, one of the poles you screw into was defective as you were unable to screw it in. Again luckily I was able to swap out the bad pole insert with an old one. It appeared they're being cheaply/defectively made at the factory. Since the price for the sweeper is so reasonable and it does the job, I replace them when the brushes get pretty bad.

Works well on carpet only.
While it works well on the carpet, it does not work well on hardwood floors, it just pushes stuff around. It leaves a dusty residue if you go from the carpet to the hardwood floor. It is easy to empty, but hair gets caught on the sides and you have to pull it out. For the price I think it’s alright.

Easy to empty out. It's just a little small the. The one bad thing is that this is my 3rd one I had to buy because they fell apart and had to tape the bottom and the handles.

I find it to be lightweight, functional, very easy to store and fairly easy to empty dirt from after sweeping. It is also much quieter, quicker and easier to take out for use than my vacuum for everyday "sweep ups"! No dust residue as with my broom!

I completely disagree with all the negative reviews. For $20 it is worth every penny. Lightweight - easy to handle - picks up on carpet and flooring - perfect for quick job when you don't want to pull out the vacuum cleaner. The handle was very tight to thread on but besides that it works perfectly. Zero complaints - no even sure why someone would rate 3 or lower when it literally only costs $20. I am very glad I didn't trust the negative reviews on here because I am in love with this lil gadget .

Don't waste your money
The handle does not screw on, it literally sits on top and falls off when attempting to use it to clean the floor. It lacks in cleaning as it just pushes crumbs around and doesn’t actually pick up anything. Don’t waste your money.
