this Curry is really good. just add it after you cook vegetables and put it on top of jasmine rice

It’s so easy to make a quick meal with chicken and whatever vegetables I have in the fridge. The flavor is really good, and it’s not too spicy. It’s one of my favorite shortcuts for a fast and tasty dinner.

I didn’t make a traditional pad Thai with noodles and whatnot, but it was delicious with chicken over rice! Tastes super fresh and aromatic!

Immediately upon opening it I got a bad smell and the taste wasn’t any better. It almost tasted like vinegar and mustardy, I didn’t get any of the sweetness from the tamarind or anything. I am confused as to what happened.

The color was lighter than I had anticipated. It was also more watery than I had expected. After abit of time on the stove top, it did thicken up and develop that sticky texture pad Thai has. There was some spice but it was very mild. Thanks to this Blue Dragon Pad Thai Sauce, I was able to make a very delicious meal with minimal effort and extra cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Thai flavors. The combination of lemongrass, shallot, and coconut makes this sauce a bright, fresh addition to any meal. With it's galangal, and lime zest the Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Sauce has extra depth. It is sweeter than i expected, but has a little kick of spice from red chili, and garlic. I had never tried anything from Blue Dragon before, but after trying this sauce i ordered some of their other products to try. I do want to say it was difficult trying to find a single jar at any stores near me, so I wasn't able to use the influenster e-gift card. And it was pricer than what I would've normally paid...but it was well worth it. It wasn't as thick of a sauce in the jar, but thickened up after simmering. It's a very smooth consistency which i'm glad of, because some sauces tend to separate when cooked. The recommendation on the jar is to pair with thinly sliced chicken, a red bell pepper, green beans, and jasmine rice. I made mine with shrimp, green beans, white onion mushrooms, and jasmine rice. I also added a little extra coconut milk to mine, and went back for seconds😅🤤. If you haven't already, it's definitely worth a try.

My family and I enjoy a lot of vegetables so we modified ours to mimic more of a stir fry. We also included an egg and some peanuts. I do feel that adding the extras made the sauce more enjoyable. All in all this sauce is quick and easy. I would probably purchase this in the future.

It smells aromatic right out of the jar, with a noticeable blend of sweet tamarind, garlic and savory note. it is incredibly simple to use for a quick week night dinner. You just need to stir it into a cooked rice noodles, vegetables, and your choice of protein. The flavor is fantastic - a great balance of sweet, tangy, and slightly salty. It coats the noodles perfectly without being watery. It is a great shortcut for making a delicious Pad Thai at home with minimal effort.
