Oily thai paste
It tasted great but caused a lot of oil to surface in the sauce. For example, when you add it to make a curry sauce sauce the oil did not mix into the sauce it just floated on top. It made the sauce very oily. It’s a little pricy for a small bottle.

Lid was not sealed on either of the two bottles I purchased. When I took off the black plastic wrap, the lid came off. Top of product was crunchy and discolored. What a disappointment. Poor quality control.
