Very potent vinagery smell.
Maybe I am just to sensitive and picky, but this didn't smell alike anything of my standard soy sauce that would be used for a plethora of dishes. If opting for a healthier alternative would be of a prime necessity though then hopefully the apparent vinagery smell would be fine to tolerate. If taste would be a prime requirement though then maybe just going for the standard soy sauce would be fine enough.

Awful!
This new formulation is absolutely HORRIBLE! The original version of Market Pantry low sodium soy sauce was delicious, very flavorful (the empty bottle in the side-by-side photo), but whatever change they made completely RUINED it! I won't buy this again. It tastes old, watered-down and flavorless. It should be illegal to call this muck soy sauce.

Don't forget to shake just before serving
It has a lightly fermented, nutty soy taste. I used mine with some cooked peas on angel hair pasta, but I'm sure it would be good on ramen noodles instead of the usual flavor packet. (I save the packets for other uses!) Do not forget the label says shake just before using. There was more than I expected for the price.
