Reliable
I really like the fact that I have a filter that I feel is trustworthy and is really cleaning my air. I have a smoking person that sits in front of my apartment and I feel the need to have something to try to get that air clean. Now, if it would just take the smell away 😂 thank you for making good product.

Buy an air filter from another company
Even though I confirmed the model, this doesnt fit my filter. Now I am stuck with this because its opened. My advise, purchase an air filter machine from another company

Great filter Troubling reset
Filter is 5* however resetting the filter light is a challenge I've yet to conquer

Makes all the difference in cat room
I am a foster home for cats and kittens and I use my Blue Pure 411i Max in my cat room where the cat litter box is located. It's made all the difference in keeping the litter dust and smell to a minimum. Prior to getting this air cleaner everything became regularly covered in dust and keeping the room clean and fresh smelling was an ongoing chore. I've been very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

The Best!
We have Blue Pure 311i Max and 411a. One is in our great room/living room and the other is in the bedroom area. We are very happy with both. I researched Consumer Reports before buying. They were rated at the top at the time and we have had them for a year. I just changed the filters again in each. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Lacking
No issue ordering and receiving replacement filters. You are left totally on your own on how to replace. Thank you online instructions. Same for resetting unit. Unfortunately I still have the amber glow on each unit reminding me to change filter. Very frustrating. Jack

Filter Tells It All
You can really tell what is being captured in the filter when you change it! Just wish it didn't cost so much.
