The only portable option for a healthcare traveler
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel for work & there isn't always a gym on site. I also have to pack my car with everything I'll need for my next assignment. So, space is limited. This is really the only viable option to hit all major muscle groups while taking on very little space. Other option have you disassembling the unit to change weight. What's hassle! When I didn't get this as a gift I bought it for myself because it's far cheaper & more convenient than a gym membership. I also own the SelectTech Dumbbells but they're in a storage which is why I was interested in these. Progressive loads are a breeze with the turn of a knob. No brainer

Pretty good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 2 of the kettlebells in combination with the adjustable dumbbells to do at-home strength training workouts. I was looking for more variety in the types of exercises I am able to do, and the kettlebells are a great addition for that. The only downside that I can find with them is that compared to traditional kettlebells they are a bit bulkier, so for some exercises, can be a little bit awkward. However, I still think it's worth the space saved of not having to have a set of multiple kettlebells of differing weights.

Good training aide

This was a great purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my husband and I have been using it to help me combat osteoporosis, as well. It is easy to adjust and comfortable to lift. This is so compact and doesn't take up the space that several weights would. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to strength train at home. It is 6 kettlebells in 1! The handle is comfortable, the adjustment dial clicks securely in place and Bowflex makes a great quality product!
