TONS OF USES FOR THIS LITTLE GEM!!
Often, I make homemade Chinese meals, and do it in stages. Browning Tofu and other veggies, also Shrimp, then dump it in the bowl and cover. Lastly, I brown the LoMein noodless, then add my Schezuan Sauce and then add them to the contents in the bowl, which are still warm, due to the cover. I also use this for my breadmaking, and can't recommend these enough!!!
