Brownberry Wheat Bread - 24oz: Whole Grain

i've been using this bread for years and our family loves it. Even my young grandson, the next generation is also loving it.

This is our favorite bread! Slices are not too thick but not too thin. They hold up to spreads like peanut butter well! No seeds, per my kids’ request. Freezes and thaws well too.

Absolutely the best wheat bread. It is so hard to find so when I see if I always grab 2 loaves.

This has been the primary bread in our home for over thirty years. We have tried others, but none compare. Great taste and texture, wonderful for every use, including toast, french toast, grilled sandwiches, sandwich bread, and I even use it to make bread stuffing at Thanksgiving. I am so grateful that Target carries it!

Preferred over any other wheat bread!

I once got two loaves of. This bread and I was in heaven. Y ears ago my friend ginger invited me to Sage lake and that became the sage lake breakfast a slice of Catherine Clark bread toasted and buttered. And a Slice of tomato on top

I have been searching for Catherine Clark's Original recipe for months - I cannot believe Target carries it! HAPPINESS! I have been to every store I can think of and no one has the original, just the "new" wheat bread that has the same look but is NOT the same recipe. I grew up on this bread and nothing comes close to that distinctive taste and texture. I have done so much research trying to find this bread, including going to the Brownberry website. Target, thank you so much for carrying it. I will buy loaves and freeze the extra just to make sure I can taste it no matter what. :P

Best Bread in a Bag!! I grew up on homemade bread, which my 88-year-old mother still makes from scratch, so I know great bread. You have to buy from a great artisan bakery or make it yourself to beat this bread. Ezekiel Bread comes close, but this is still the very best bread you can buy in a bag (from a store)! There's a reason it says on the label "Catherine Clark's Original Recipe." Some "genius" at Brownberry thought they would "improve" the recipe and make it light, fluffy, and gummy like all the other sub-par breads on the market ... those of us who cared about the original recipe revolted and Brownberry (thankfully) came to their senses and reverted back to the original recipe. Please, please, please Target, don't EVER stop carrying this bread! You want to know how great this bread really is? It's the only bread my 88-year-old mother (remember? the one who bakes bread from scratch) will buy from the store if she runs out of her own bread. Bam!

There is nothing like this bread for toast! My family always asks if I have "the good bread" at breakfast. If I have run out, they are very disappointed. I have had it in my cart in the store and twice I've been approached by other shoppers who adore it as well. Don't ever stop carrying it!

I love everything about this bread. I have a small family yet I always buy two loaves of this bread. I always worry that I will use it up before I get back to shop at Target. Once in a while I do run out of the Catherine Clarks recipe whole wheat bread. When that happens, if I don't get a chance to go to Target because it is after Target's closing time, I have to buy a substitute whole wheat bread at another store to tide me over. When this happens, I am always disappointed and can't wait to go to Target to get the Catherine Clark's recipe whole wheat bread. It is the best.
