Love how the weight of it helps to make cooking bacon nice and flat. No more dealing with bacon curling up or having to turn it over. Have not tried it yet for cooking burgers yet. It washes up easily by hand or dishwasher. Just have to find the right place to store it due to its shape.

2lbs heavy smash burger press is well made of stainless steel, easy to use & maintain (compared to cast iron). The edges where plastic & metal joins are sanded to prevent cuts, very considerable. The 8 inch huge plate is so useful when pressing down the patties.
