Heavy and durable, easy to clean

2lbs heavy smash burger press is well made of stainless steel, easy to use & maintain (compared to cast iron). The edges where plastic & metal joins are sanded to prevent cuts, very considerable. The 8 inch huge plate is so useful when pressing down the patties.
