    I'm really enjoying the back

    I'm really enjoying the back and neck support as well as the various positions I can put the armrest in. The only negative is being a bigger guy that's about 300 lb I went with the mesh seat as it looked like it was rated higher for weight but it's not the most comfortable thing on my hips and thighs. I probably should have went with the cloth padded seat.

    Don't like the arm rests

    I find the arm rest incredibly annoying. Let me perfectly clear. It is not the range of adjustment. The adjustment is great. My complaint is that arm rest sideways (horizontal) adjustments detents are insufficient to keep them from constantly changing position with the slights pressure. Otherwise, the chair is perfect. This chair has an adjustment for everything. It is very comfortable and has a good quality build except as noted for the armrest.

    For the price, its a good chair. At the price you'll get a comfortable chair with lots of flexible options. The leg extension is a fantastic feature. Unfortunately, at the price you'll get rough edge finishes that can scrape your legs and arms. I worked with the company to mitigate the issue. They were unable to fix and only recommended I disassemble the chair, and ship back in the original packaging for a full refund. They kindly offered a partial refund to keep the chair which I accepted.

    This chair is amazing in its functionality. The details, functions and ergonomic layout is impressive. Only one thing that I don't like. If you sit a little sideways, your back will rest against the frame which doesn't feel good.

    The Chair itself is very

    The Chair itself is very comfortable, but I feel like the adjustable arms move too easily. It would be nice if they could be designed with a small lever that locks/unlocks them to prevent unwanted movement. Also, the extendable leg rest is a novelty at best. I'm 6'1" and weigh about 240lbs and there really isn't a way for me to use the rest comfortably that doesn't also feel precrious. If I were to buy this again, I would skip the leg rest and opt for a different solution. Perhaps the one FlexiSpot sells.

    Looked nice and had lots

    Looked nice and had lots of nice features but the build quality was subpar and there were parts of the frame that poked into my back while sitting. Not broken, but just designed flaw. They returned and refunded in full no problem.

    There is a plastic thread
