Guests appreciate its sturdy construction and the variety of adjustments available, including lumbar support and armrest positioning. However, some have noted issues with the armrests moving too easily and the seat depth not meeting expectations. Overall, it provides a significant upgrade for those seeking ergonomic support.

Not great
The lumbar support is so large it prevents me from moving my butt far enough backwards to use the back of the chair. I spent 600 to basically sit on a stool, not cool. Would return but disassembling and shipping a computer chair is a pain, I’ll probably give it to a family member who doesn’t know how uncomfortable it is and make it their problem.

Good chair with some caveats
Considering the cheap Amazon chair I switched from, this is a much better chair. But, I have some personal issues with it. The first is the seat depth not being as advertised. The specs say 15. 7" from the lumbar to the seat's edge when adjusted inward, mine measures 19" adjusted as far in as it can go (foam seat). Lastly, I'm not the biggest fan of the armrests. Whenever I put any of my weight on them to adjust my position or just to get up, the armrests move to the side/rotate.

Good chair HORRIBLE armrests
The chair itself was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. I have had mine for about a month. It took a few days to adjust from a racer style chair. As someone who works from home it does hold up to long hours. My complaint is who in their right mind thought a almost zero resistance armrest mechanism was a good idea for a chair. The click is the warning that you are gonna have to readjust every few minutes. With almost no effort they will twist just from your elbow being on them. I might need to find a 3rd party to get me a actual decent and rigid armrest.

Thrilled about my chair
My first purchase was the cohmar glass standing desk, super sturdy great purchase. Next came this baby, omg I love this chair. Again as always sturdy well crafted, I got the max with the foam. I am 5'2 i fit perfectly in the chair my feet touch the floor. The support is so much better than my old staples chair such an upgrade, I am a flexispot customer for life.

Most uncomfortable chair on the planet
I have owned a secret lab and razer chair and used each for years. I was looking for something with more back support and found this chair on several review pages. I have used it for less than a week and am already experiencing extreme back pain in my lower and upper back. The chair does not have enough cushion and so your spine sinks down to the hard frame both in the lumber area and the upper back area where that frame portion curves back in. It almost seems intentional once I felt it, because it is aimed right at your back. There does not seem to be a purpose for it ether, its just cosmetic, but its part of the frame so there is no way to adjust it. I have tried several different adjustments and nothing prevents it from stabbing you in the shoulders.

Not a good chair nor experience
Chair is very lackluster for its price. I bought it less than 4 months ago, and it feels cheap and underdeveloped. I am 6' tall and the lowest setting of the armrests is still too tall causing pain in my upper back/neck area. The cushion on the armrests are very cheap too, feels like I am driving my elbow through them and it hurts. This chair's lumbar support cushion also moves without a locking mechanicism which is really annoying. Overall, I am getting rid of it.

Best Chair Ever!
I have the C7 Morpher, had it about a month. I suffered lower back pain and hand/wrist pain daily after working 9+ hours a day. After using the C7 Morpher and getting my adjustments perfect, I no longer have severe back pain and my wrist/hand pain have let up. I don't know how I survived for all those years without it, definitely worth the money.

A good chair, but overpriced for its shortcomings
It took almost 2 months to get the chair, and I was hoping they would have incorporated the armrest updates promised to another reviewer more than six months prior. The chair seems to be of good quality and comfortable, but there are a few things that could be better to make this chair great and worth the price point. #1. The back adjusts, but it still does not adjust enough to put me in an upright position. #2. The armrests still do not lock in place and move constantly if I put my arms on them. They do lock for up and down motion, but a lock for any movement would be ideal, as this is very frustrating because the armrests won't stay put, and I constantly have to fiddle with them (see picture). #3. At 6'3", I was supposedly well within the range of this chair, but the headrest does not have enough adjustment to be usable, which is disappointing if I want to relax. This needs to be improved and provide much more range of motion, including several inches higher and inward to accommodate taller users. It also needs greater robustness as it seems a little flimsy and afraid will break as it is a thin plastic frame and seems to be an afterthought. #4. The seat cushion's forward and back adjustment is not enough to give me room to sit back in the chair and have space between the back of my knees and the front of the cushion with the cushion adjusted fully back. The cushion needs to be a little smaller, it seems. I can't imagine a tiny-framed individual being able to sit comfortably in this chair. With all that said, I question the value of this chair even at its sale price. It isn't a bad chair, just needs some tweaking by Flexispot to make it a great chair and worth the accolades their marketing claims, and worth the premium price.

perfect but I want a padded headrest pillow cover!
Wonderful, but one small issue. I just got my my C7 Morpher with footrest and I couldn't be happier! The chair works beautifully as both an office chair and a recliner, and is extremely comfortable both sitting forward for work and reclining with the extended footrest. I do however have one complaint that causes me to take away one star: I bought the chair with the headrest primarily in mind. I want the headrest to sit in the most forward position possible - I don't want to have to lean my head back to meet the headrest. Unfortunately, the headrest does not lock in place - especially as forward as I would like to go. It too easily slides back further than I would like. I wish there were a stronger locking mechanism that would really lock that headrest in place. I quickly found a solution - I just put a standard bed pillow over the headrest, secured in place by the pillowcase around the headrest. This provides the exact cushion and comfort that I want, but I will need to take it off for when Im on video calls. I now wish that you provided pillow cushions (in cloth or especially leather!) that we could put over our headrests, for those of us who want our headrests to feel like a bunch of pillows in bed. I should emphasize that, other than a plush leather headrest pillow cover, I couldn't recommend this chair more highly! I love this chair and with the extra pillow headrest it is exactly what I had hoped for!

Great Chair
This is a great Chair! I have a bad back and neck, and this chair adjusts in all the right ways. Don't be afraid of its complexity. Once you get used to all of the different ways it can adjust, it is fantastic. My chair came with adjustment levers on the bottom of the seat vs. tabs on the side. I'm a little dissapointed with that because they are hard to reach while you are trying to adjust the chair to the desired position. I also flipped the head support upside down (Its just two bolts). I have one major caution. The armrests are very annoying. They move with a ball and detent system, and it is very noisy and annoying. It wouldn't be so bad if it were hard to move them, but the slightest pressure makes them move and "click, click, click". If you want to put any lateral pressure on them at all, it just moves out of the way. I dismantled them and modified them so they wouldn't utilize the detents and just work on friction. This saved the day and allowed me to focus again. I'm still giving it five stars because it is a great chair, and it was modifiable.

Love my chair !!!
I got this chair for my condo in Germany just six weeks ago. LOVE it. Two differences: 1. rounded adjustable one piece leg rest - GREAT 2. color choice - GREAT, I got mine in silver grey mesh. So as soon as they upgrade the US model to the European choices, I'll get it here too.

It&s okay, but had some
It&s okay, but had some flaws, some from keeping it economical, which is fine with me, and some which are just inherent flaws in design, which are the main reason I had wanted to return it. The biggest flaw is that there is no way to sit in this chair in proper spinal alignment and have both your upper and lower back supported. The relation between the lumbar support and the upper back support is inverted: there is no way to have the upper back support come forward, or for the lower back support to go far enough back, to have the proper relation between the two to actually conform to a human spine in proper alignment. Also, the seat is either too long or the back supports cannot come forward enough to allow someone without very long legs to sit properly. You are forced to slouch to come into contact with both the lumbar support and upper back support at the same time. That said, if you only have contact with the lumbar support, it is possible to sit up properly, but that&s not good enough for a chair that purports to help you sit well.

Easy assembly, good quality fabric,
Easy assembly, good quality fabric, and not expensive. The reclining action is a little rough and not easy to keep in position sometimes (I&m 6ft 180lbs). It&ll pop down to half recline or just upright. The wireless charging doesn&t work with my Samsung or earbyds case. The cup holder will fit a soda can just perfectly but not any cup or mug. Applying side pressure to the arms makes me nervous that it might break. My cat loves it and I like it for a comfortable seat while watching 1 it 2 shows.

I’m sitting in it right
I’m sitting in it right now as we speak, it’s great once you adjust it to your size and preferences! Coming from a cheap racing seat gaming chair that I bought as a teen, this is night and day lol. Not only is it a more mature yet stylish look, the C7 Max ensures I keep my posture up to par throughout my gaming + homework sessions as a grad student in their late twenties!

The arms moving is convenient but they can’t be locked down and if I didn’t wait so long to see if I could just deal with it I would have returned it. Otherwise a fine chair.

This chair was exactly what I was looking for! The recline with footrest has been a game changer for both productivity and gaming. I have a bad back and this has given me the ability to stay at my desk for hours on end. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

It’s expensive for what it is. I have another office chair that I paid half for that is almost as comfortable. The extendable foot/leg rest is a nice feature.

We’re glad you enjoy the extendable footrest feature. While our chair may seem pricier, it’s built with sturdier quality, backed by SGS and other certifications, and comes with a 10-year warranty for lasting peace of mind.

Not Worth The Money
There are other chairs for the same price that perform better. The headrest continues to slide down on its own for example, which is very annoying. Additionally, the lumbar support always seems to be in the way and will not move backwards on its own which causes the user to need to push this back with their hand and then sit in the chair. Overall, I would not recommend this chair. I have been trying to use it for 6 months but moved on to something else.

It already isn’t working and won’t lock into the upright position for the seat back. I’m disappointed in the quality of it. If it worked as it was advertised, this chair would be amazing.
