The chair offers a mix of comfort and adjustability, with features like lumbar support and a footrest that enhance productivity and gaming experiences. However, several guests noted issues with the quality and design, including uncomfortable armrests and lumbar support that does not stay in place. While some guests appreciate the chair's customization options, others find it lacks the necessary support for proper spinal alignment, making it less suitable for long-term use.

Two different arm rests
I ordered the C7 Mesh. The one good thing about it is the mesh on the seat feels good to sit on. Depending on how you set the lumbar/back, the lumbar support can get snagged on the back of the chair and grind on it, making an unpleasant sound. It happens if you set it all the way back. Also, the lumber support will adjust itself even when locked. Seems like a design flaw. The quality of the chair is overall cheap. Everything on it feels cheap. Worst part is I was sent 2 different arm rests. It seems like they are different revisions. One adjusts easily, the other requires a bit of force. The one that adjusts easily is very poorly designed or defective. I almost hurt myself standing up when it slid forward on me. I e-mailed them for a replacement arm rest, but not holding my breath. They make returns a hassle so probably just going to eat the cost and give it away if I can get the defective arm replaced.

Horribly uncomfortable
The worst most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. The lumbar piece is hard and sits too low in relation to the seat. And the configuration does not allow my back to touch the chair back when seated for desk typing.

Not a good chair nor experience
Chair is very lackluster for its price. I bought it less than 4 months ago, and it feels cheap and underdeveloped. I am 6' tall and the lowest setting of the armrests is still too tall causing pain in my upper back/neck area. The cushion on the armrests are very cheap too, feels like I am driving my elbow through them and it hurts. This chair's lumbar support cushion also moves without a locking mechanicism which is really annoying. Overall, I am getting rid of it.

I live it but the
I live it but the cushion is a little firm and the armrests have a few issues for me. Not long enough to rest elbows when sitting back, the angle of attack on the support isn't sharp enough so I cant scoot in as close as I want to too my desk, and the adjustable angle on the pads needs to lock. But this is still a really good chair, I love the support it gives me and all its adjustable features in the end its a great office chair but not a great media chair. I really wish id gotten the one with the leg rests.

It&s okay, but had some
It&s okay, but had some flaws, some from keeping it economical, which is fine with me, and some which are just inherent flaws in design, which are the main reason I had wanted to return it. The biggest flaw is that there is no way to sit in this chair in proper spinal alignment and have both your upper and lower back supported. The relation between the lumbar support and the upper back support is inverted: there is no way to have the upper back support come forward, or for the lower back support to go far enough back, to have the proper relation between the two to actually conform to a human spine in proper alignment. Also, the seat is either too long or the back supports cannot come forward enough to allow someone without very long legs to sit properly. You are forced to slouch to come into contact with both the lumbar support and upper back support at the same time. That said, if you only have contact with the lumbar support, it is possible to sit up properly, but that&s not good enough for a chair that purports to help you sit well.

This chair was exactly what
This chair was exactly what I was looking for! The recline with footrest has been a game changer for both productivity and gaming. I have a bad back and this has given me the ability to stay at my desk for hours on end. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

It’s expensive for what it is. I have another office chair that I paid half for that is almost as comfortable. The extendable foot/leg rest is a nice feature.

We’re glad you enjoy the extendable footrest feature. While our chair may seem pricier, it’s built with sturdier quality, backed by SGS and other certifications, and comes with a 10-year warranty for lasting peace of mind.

Great construction, easy assembly. Packed
Great construction, easy assembly. Packed with care. Fantastic and well thought through customization where it counts. I got the foot rest and find it indispensable. Careful with the footrest; if you are accident-prone, retract it before dismount.
