Not bitter! Fresh, smooth works well with lots of preparation styles as well as many flavor additions. I use the OXO pour over coffee maker for 1-2 cups at a time and this blend is my favorite. I didn’t like the brands flavor options but the breakfast blend is perfect.

Smooth and versatile: perfect for all coffee drinkers!
I love Cameron's Coffee for it's easy drinkability. I used to have to use tons of creamer, then I switched to milk and sugar, but when I brew Cameron's I can drink it black! It is so smooth with no bitter aftertaste. If I'm having company and don't know what type of coffee they prefer, I always choose Breakfast Blend.

Good for price, but not for vanilla lovers
I think this coffee is a great deal for the price! You could taste the quality as well as smell it in the aroma. The down side of this particular coffee is that it is not very vanilla in flavor. It smells slightly of vanilla during brewing but it is only a faint hint of when you taste it. The flavor is closer to a breakfast blend than that of a true vanilla brewed coffee. It is delicious just not exactly what I was expecting.
