Carbone Hits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not have high hopes for the Carbone pizza sauce. I prefer a homemade sauce anyway to a store bought (who doesn't). i was pleasantly surprised by the great flavor and texture. It has the right amount of seasoning and salt and works for a quick dinner.

Saucy, not sweet!

It had a delicious balance of flavorful tomatoes and seasonings, which made it perfect for my pizza. I can actually see using this in other dishes as well.
