Dealing with a really bad High Ankle sprain, when ankle was really sore and felt like it was going to burst from the blood rushing and pooling in my Ankle the CEP Max Support ankle brace really helped a lot! The silicone inserts really help with the swelling behind the ankle bone near the Achilles tendon and kept the swelling down and at the same time giving some support. The Mid Support brace was great as my ankle was getting better to help with increased circulation.
