Works really well. Solid construction. Not too easy to switch between modes, but that's a quibble. Great flashlight for the price point.

Very bright. Much brighter then the old model G-25. I recommend it.

It's a good size for night stand use. It stopped working a few years after purchase. I read they have a lifetime warranty. Connected with them, they asked for a Pic and a little info and Badda Bing they replaced it charging only shipping. Coast....you have a lifelong customer. Seriously.

After purchasing 3 of these units the first one I loved it, worked for a few months the quality seems there, and nice and bright but for somw reason stopped working, I replaced the batteries even tho they were not dead, cause sometimes the connection can get bad, I feel like it's the switch mechanism. Any how on my 3rd unit and it stopped working as well.

I've had my G26 about a year and it's worked great every night. I recently sat down in my carport and it fell out of my pants pocket. It no longer works. Replaced the batteries still nothing. Just thought it should be a little more shock resistant. Might be the bulb but can't find a replacement. Oh well.

YOU CAN JUDGE A COMPANY BY ITS WARRANTY DEPARTMENT. COAST IS THE BEST. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !

I own 2 G26 flash lights great lights easy to carry in pocket

The Coast flashlight is lightweight, easy to carry and has a good beam.

The G25, and now the G26 are great flashlights. However, battery corrosion is a recurring theme is warranty complaints. Perhaps you should put a plastic sleeve for the batteries to prevent corrosion damage to the light.

This is one of the few companies left that s down by their word. Great products with great warranties. They know how to make flashlight. I've enjoyed doing. Business with them for over a decade.

Coast replaced my G25 with new G26 and under the lifetime warranty. 2 brightness levels and a great hand feel.

I have purchased numerous Coast products and have consistently been impressed with the quality craftsmanship that goes into their flashlights. The Coast G26 400 Lumen flashlight is an excellent product. In my experience, it outperforms and is brighter than the G32 465 Lumen flashlight. The only drawback I have noticed with the G26 is the lack of a flood mode; it only offers a beam. However, this beam is significantly brighter compared to the G32 465 Lumen flashlight. Additionally, I find the G26 to be lighter than most flashlights I've ever handled. One of my favorite features of the G26 is its battery efficiency. It only requires two AA batteries, which are standard and have a longer lifespan compared to larger flashlights with a thousand lumens that often require numerous batteries. Although I am not deeply immersed in the flashlight world, I am eager to see more outstanding products from Coast.

Outstanding product- my third one: simple, tough and bright Wish they sold a lanyard for it.

This is my third one and I know the same thing is going to happen. I overheats, doesn't stay on and is not a good flashlight!
