Q: How do I load the 6 batteries into the chamber? I’ve tried several different configurations and no light.

If you've tried the specific configuration labeled on the inside of the battery case, please return the light to the retailer for a replacement. We typically do not have any problems with this light straight out of the packaging. However, in the off-chance you received an Energizer TAC 700 light with a faulty cell or connection, we will be happy to replace that unit.

Q: How long do the batteries last. I hike at night and want to make sure that I don’t run out of batteries. I use it on low. For a couple hours per night.

A: NO they are the primary (disposable) cr123 lithium batteries included. If bought online in bulk they can be found for much cheaper than the ridiculous prices at local retail. However, I am kinda of into flashlights and have all types of recharables, including the lithium ion version of the cr123 battery, they run at a slightly higher voltage, and could possibly fry the lighty but I did try 2 of them in the light and it did run ok for a few seconds, I haven't run it longer than that, so take it for what its worth but it does appear you can use the rechargables in it. I'm sure the manufacturer would warn against this though.

Great flashlight with amazing specs & features mus
Battery life is absolutely great , durability is great dont have to worry about dropping and it breaking . The brightness is amazing on how far of a distance you can see ! Also water resistance is amazing feature. Its a must have !!!!

Used 3x and then it stopped working
It worked fine the first time. Two months later it worked for a few minutes and then wouldn't turn on. After messing around with it for a while it started working again. Next time it worked for a few minutes and then stopped working again. I stored the light without the battery and only used the light less than 15 minutes.

Durability

It's incredibly powerful for such a compact device. As for the battery life, I haven't had it long enough to fully test its longevity, but so far, it seems very convenient and reliable. The flashlight also feels quite durable, and it's supposed to be waterproof, although I haven't had the chance to test that feature yet. Overall, I highly recommend this flashlight for anyone in need of a portable, bright, and sturdy light source.

It’s the perfect size to fit in any bag, purse, or even my desk drawers. Has a great distance, battery life is great, and very bright. It also says it should be water resistant? I’m not gonna test that.

I left it on and the battery is still good which is so nice. The distance that the beam shines is really great. Haven’t tested the water resistance but it did get sprinkled on so seemed to be ok from that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of this flashlight. It was light and easy to clip on (love the belt clip!) The metal parts made it feel higher quality, without it being bulky or feeling like dropping it would ruin it. You click it multiple times LIGHTLY at first, and do a full click when you want to keep it on that level of brightness. I thought this was cool and innovative. The light came in handy as we just had a power outage! It worked even better than our larger pricier one! I can't say much about battery life, since it's still kickin! The only downside I can say is that after just a few minutes of having it in the brightest setting, the light started to feel hot. Perhaps this is normal, but it worries me a tad if one of the children were to use it. Overall, works great and I'm glad I got to try it!

I knocked off one star because the 4th setting to make it blink is a little bit of a pain. Instead of clicking the button once to get to the other settings, you have to click it fast twice. I missed it a couple times (as seen in the video) and it takes a bit to get it sometimes.

this is supposed to be an LED flashlight, but it gets very hot, while LEDs stay cool. So I'm not happy with it.

Super hot to the touch
I had this on for 4 minutes on the counter and it was so hot I couldn't pick it up. Very bright light but will definitely need to return.

Is extremely bright and gets too hot
Overall this is a nice, sturdy flashlight, but it is blindingly bright and if you use it more than a few minutes, then it gets very hot in your hand and is difficult to hold. Not very happy with it, considering the price.
