Exactly what I was looking for
I have been looking for a multivitamin with not a lot of extras. I am an adult but I love the formulation of this teen vitamin. I love the added coQ10. Every previous multivitamin has hurt my stomach, but this does not!

Fermented Teen Multi Vitamin For The Win!
There has never been another supplement that has kept my teens healthier! They’re both asthmatic and usually spend most of the winter months fighting colds and flus but this winter they have both stayed healthy despite all their friends coming down with illness. And the only thing we’ve changed is adding the Fermented Multi Vitamin. Now I’m telling all of my friends with teenagers to do the same!

They are helping
My 17 and 15 yr olds are both taking them daily and say they are feeling more balanced and energized throughout the day. They are easy to swallow and don’t have any aftertaste.

The most complete teen vitamin I have found and the best part is my teenager is not complaining when taking it. Is a descent size pill to swallow. She has been taking it for 3 months and she definitely has more energy. We are very happy.

Good vitamin
My teen has liked these vitamins so far. They didn't like the taste of some of the gummy options out there and I'd prefer they didn't have the extra sugar anyway. So if your teen is OK with swallowing pills, I think these are a really good option.
