Won't cool and make slushy

I can not get this thing to cool and make slushy. I read the directions thoroughly. Will be calling customer service on Monday. Of course they are only M-F 9-5. Today is Sat and I needed it for a wedding event. A lot of disappointed people.

The machine is great

The machine is great and works well. My only complaint is that I would like it to come with an instruction booklet. First time cleaning I just had to figure out how to take things apart.

Can't understand the manual

We received the machine last evening and now I'm, trying to understand the manual's instructions and I am at a total loss! I can't understand any of it. Do I have to take the machine apart to clean it and then grease it up and reassemble it each time after I use it? I have a feeling I'm never going to use this machine ever!!

Buyer Beware

Garvee sent me a defective machine and no one will contact me to return the machine. All we got were instructions that we could not decipher. I've sent copious emails and the customer service number does not work. The cylinders on the machine would not get cold. We did all the adjusting and troubles shooting that was instructed. I added more sugar. We adjusted the temperature. We took the back cover off to make sure the clip thingy was engaged. All of which I don't understand why we would have to do with a new machine in the first place, but we did. We spent a lot of time trying to get the thing to work. We finally gave up after it made a loud noise. I didn't feel safe after that. You need to be a mechanic if you want to purchase this machine. I'm extremely irritated with this company. I wanted this machine for an event and we weren't able to have slushies. I really hope I'm not stuck with a crappy machine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Good afternoon Garvee Team, I recently purchased a 50L slushy machine with 2 compartments. While testing the machine, I could fail to notice a ticking noice which i thought it might've need some grease which was provided by you guys, noice proceeded. We washed everything thinking yet it has not stopped. I would like to see if i could either return this item and replace for another one or receive my money back. Hope to hear from you guys as soon as possible.
