    This definitely the cheap version. 1) The cover is thinner than the traditional composition notebooks; more like a thick poster board. 2) There are only 80 sheets (which is like a spiral notebook). Traditionally composition notebooks have 100 sheets. 3) Quality of paper is very thin.
