Q: Does the sticker come off easily?

A: Doesn’t come off easy. Not sure why Target would put a paper sticker that’s almost impossible to take off, once you have it off left sticky residue. Wouldn’t recommend.
submitted byJPJ - 6 years agoA: I had a batch of these folders I bought in early July—the stickers peeled off super easily. I then bought 10 more last week and the stickers were nearly impossible to remove and left a messy, sticky residue behind. If you get folders from the older batch, yes the stickers remove easily. They do not on the newer ones.

It says, "Style and color assortment may vary" so you might get a pink one or you might get a purple one. If you order more than one they may be all one color or the other or maybe even mix and matched.

These folders were great last year but this year all of her folders cracked within the first 6 weeks. This green folder goes to and from school daily - the front cracked clean off and the back pocket split in two places. Had to replace all of her folders. Poor quality. Next year will buy name brand.

I have used these folders in my classroom for more years than I count. The quality of these folders this year is unacceptable. We have been in school less than a month, and almost all 27 folders for my students have ripped in some way. Within the first week I had two students who had their entire front cover rip off. As a teacher we often use our own money to buy supplies, and this was a complete waste of money. I can’t even imagine what they will look like by June. So disappointing!

I have been buying these folders for my children for over 15 years! They are durable and very useful, and we can coordinate colors with our notebooks by subject. However, I have one suggestion for Target. The Target labels do not come off easily - but we need to label these folders! So we end up messily writing on top of the Target labels. Why not have a space for us to write in our own information (class, subject, name, etc.)? If not, please make the labels removable so we can add our own. This also goes for binders.

SO disappointed. I have used these as my student’s take home folders for the past 5+ years. This year the quality has gone hill significantly. It is our 3rd week of school and 4 of the folders have had the back cover completely rip off. These were normal kiddos and barely any wear. Ridiculous! I have never experienced this as I specifically order these (and pay my own money) to ensure they last all year. Don’t buy!

I've used these for years, but the quality has gone way down. It's the third week of school, and already they are breaking apart! 3 kids already have their homework folders taped together. One is breaking down the center, so it will be in 2 peices soon. It's a bummer because I got about 70 of them so they could use them for homework, writing work, and in class work. The school is out of money, so I cannot replace them.
