Returned the phone
We did not like it. Could never get the phone to come on even called Consumer Cellular tech to help. We returned the phone.

Not worth the price.
This phone is a complete failure. Apps are liable to shut down or simply not work. This one star is being generous. Don't buy this product.

Terrible phone and customer service
The phone randomly shuts down often. Based on other reviews, this phone doesn't work for others either. And unable to get any refund

Do not buy this phone
This phone should not be on the market, it is a complete quality failure. It just randomly shuts down or closes apps. It has caused me difficulty when using it for navigation as you have to re boot it before you can get directions. It is only a matter of time before someone takes Consumer Cellular to court because of dangerous situations caused by this quality disaster. It is a shame you cany give less than 1.
