Useless product
If you don't know how to find the QR code for the Esim nobody can tell you how to find it.

Hi Dan - Consumer Cellular does not require a QR code to be used to activate phones that we sell in Target.. Instead, we use an 8-digit activation code that you'll find on the back of your Consumer Cellular box. When you're ready to activate, connect the phone to wifi and call our customer service with that activation code in hand. Once our team processes the activation, the eSIM will download to the new phone. Dead in 6 months
Bought this for my uncle (senior). I asked him why he never answered his phone when i stopped by to see him and he said it was dead. I took it and, sure enough, it was dead and would not take a charge. You could not have a more device friendly user/environment. UGH!

SIM Card
The instructions say to download a SIM card so the phone can make phone calls. I have tried several times to download a SIM but each time it tells me that the phone will not download the card. The other thing it tells you to do if the download doesn't work is to take a picture of a SIM downlord but that doesn't work either. Then I tried to place a phone call and the screen says that I can only make an emerancy phone call because there is no SIM loaded.

Unreliable
I purchased this phone six months ago and have had to factory reset it twice in order to get it to work (would freeze on the main screen). Also, the calls would cut out regularly, something that did not happen with previous CC phones. The front screen also does not show the name of the caller, only the phone number. Much cheaper to get an unlocked phone elsewhere and use a senior plan.

Volume
Volume turns down on it's own. Even though the side buttons are turned up it won't ring. It keeps turning off the ringer in Settings, Notifications, Volume. It works a few times after turning the volume back up and then shuts down again.

Hello! Sorry to hear that you've had a hard time with the volume on your new Iris Flip. Often times we find that users have this problem with due to where they grip their phone. Some users inadvertently turn the volume down when they hold the phone to their ear. Don't buy this phone
Don’t buy this phone. I bought one and it broke within a few hours. It froze and wouldn’t turn back on. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought it might have just been a lemon, so I returned it and got a different one. This one lasted a week, but then the same thing happened. It froze and wouldn’t turn back on. I’m assuming this is the reason why Consumer Cellular is selling them on their site for $35 and Target has marked it down to $40. They know it’s a piece of junk.
