Cora Organic Cotton Tampons Multipack - Light/Regular/Super Absorbency - 48ct

I’ve used Cora tampons for over a year now and prior to the “improved applicator” they were by far my favorite product in all my years of menstruating. The new applicator is terribly designed. It is a waste of money. I went through a handful with no success of the applicator actually releasing the tampons. I can’t even comment on if the product is still as absorbent as it was prior to the upgrade, I’ve yet to get one in place. The remainder of the box I’ve discarded because I wouldn’t even want a guest or friend to try them. Please go back to the old applicator.

I wasted 6 tampons because it’s impossible to make it work. I was looking forward to using a clean product but this isn’t it.

The new applicator sucks. It doesn’t really come out of the applicator now and they seem so much smaller. Would not buy again with the change, which is unfortunate because I’ve been using this brand for years.

The new plunger clicks into place, which makes inserting it so much easier. I haven’t had an issue with leaking at all even on my heavy days. I appreciate that the tampons are 100% cotton, this is the only brand I’ll use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been curious about this brand for awhile now, so I was glad to get a box to review! They come in 4 absorbency levels: light, regular, super, and super plus. The box I received contained regular and super. I like how the wrappers are entirely different colours based on the absorbency level (not just the word "regular" on the wrapper, or a hard-to-find "R" or "S" somewhere on the wrapper); lightest teal to darkest teal. This makes it very easy to see at a glance which one you're grabbing, which I really appreciate!! I think the tampons themselves are comparable to other widely available national brands. The applicator is milky white/clear BPA-free plastic with a rounded tip. These are compact tampons, so you have to pull out the end of the applicator and "click" it into place before inserting. The tampon expands in a side-to-side way when in use; this shape doesn't work for everyone; some women prefer tampons that expand in a radial manner. Cora tampons are organic and made without fragrance, chlorine, pesticides, rayon, or dioxins. The tampons themselves are made of cotton, BPA-free plastic (applicator), and paraffin water-repellant wax (string). Cora tampons are cruelty-free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the compact size of the tampon. Very sleek and can fit in a small wristlet or bag. I love that the ingredients are short and no chemicals added. My only complaint is that the plastic stick would have a larger stopper when pulling it because if you don't listen for that small snap you can't push in. But other than that it was comfortable. Easy to take out and didn't fall apart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not really a big tampon fan based on past bad experiences, but I use Cora for their pads and those are great so I thought I’d try out their tampons. They have made me worry free about any leakage or the fit! I don’t feel uncomfortable when wearing them and they absorb pretty nicely. Putting them in and disposing of them is such a breeze.

the new applicators are terrible. they also don't absorb as much as they used to. I put one of the old "regulars" next to the new one and it was a lot smaller.painful once inserted.

The packages are nice and small, but they click out into a full applicator. There is a good grip so you never pinch yourself ifkyk. Love! 10/10 will always recommend.

The new style of packaging for the tampon is not functional. I wasted about 5 tampons because they broke.

I’ve never left a review on tampons, but these were SO bad I had to warn my girls! Do NOT buy these tampons with the “improved applicators”!!! I just wasted 5 super tampons because they kept malfunctioning on me. I finally got one in and it doesn’t even feel like it went in all the way. When you push the applicator in it’s hit or miss if the tampon will come out, and when it does it doesn’t go where it needs to go. Better off using a tampon with no applicator. This is absolutely the worst. Thankfully got a refund!!

changed packaging AND size. a regular looks like a light. a light no joke looks like half of a tampon. absorbency is also gone - an empty tampon and I'm leaking through

I've tried out about eight so far and they haven't leaked through a long plane flight, a 5k, or a lazy day in bed. I appreciated the no scent (at least I couldn't smell anything) and the pearly applicator.

It makes with 100% cotton cord, free from fragrance and dye. They are very easy to insert. They stay pretty well. They doesn’t cause any irritation and discomfort. Make sure you pick the right size for your body. I really recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product! I used for a week and had no issues. It has a nice easy to grip applicator, and was very easy to use. It came with 16 regular and 16 super tampons that worked just as well as I expected, and as well as other brands I’ve used. I also appreciate that it is 100% organic cotton, so I’m less worried about chemical exposure etc. One of my favorite things about this brand is that with each purchase, they provide period products and period literacy to those in need. Love to see when a brand gives back in some way!
