Collapsed twice upon moving just a foot! Beware

I really shopped around for this item as there's so many similar items. I had this rack fully assembled and was moving it about a foot over when it collapsed-the arms on the lower section with pins that hold it to the top piece had completely come out. I reinstalled it thinking it was my error and planted all five shelves. I then hesitated to move it, but it needed to be moved about 3 more inches. I tried a different position than the last time to ensure it would stay put. I didn't and collapsed dumping the bottom 2 on the ground and me holding the top 3 units up until I got some help. The pins are worthless and my husband ended up putting in some thick screws w/washers to ensure the unit would no longer separate. I kept it because this was for my young grandaughter plants and she was very excited about helping me that day. Otherwise I would have returned in a heartbeat. This needs to be a safety fix issue so someone doesn't get hurt. Heads up Costway!
Trays do not connect to planters.

The item was easy to put together however the bottom trays do not snap on to the planters and Costway has had no reply about how to solve.
