Great for elementary, lower middle school mental health professionals

This book was so helpful in breaking down relaxation techniques to my own 5 year old child, but I was also able to use it with my 5th grade students. Such a useful guide to common relaxation techniques, as well as scaffolding for modeling it with kids! Love the representation of diverse children, as well, within the book in the illustrations.
