Crescent 12 Point SAE Combination Wrench Set 7 pc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wrenches were manufactured to a well above average for finish and quality. They seemed to strike a good balance between weight and robust construction. They were slim and had a comfortable profile to reach tight or restrictive areas for access to fasteners. The fabric organizer helped keep them organized when I took them on road trip and also kept them from rattling. I know I could spend more on wrenches with tool truck brands, but I don't really think I would get a better value based on what I see for fit, finish and durability. I also noticed that the tolerances between the flats on the wrench jaws with a little bit tighter than some Kobalt wrenches that I have and I was able to remove a frozen nut that I had rounded off with the Kobalt.

Very helpful with you are already carrying a ton of special tools. These wrenches are the perfect size for HVAC-R service and let me get into small areas my larger sets just can’t do. The wrenches are sized perfectly in combination with the hex head size. Smaller hex equals smaller shaft, this again helps so much. I don’t need a 10inch long 5/16th!

I like the roll up case the wrenches are in, makes it easy to keep them all together and you can store it anywhere. I wish it had a Velcro strap rather than the tie strap but doesn’t make this set any less desirable.

I was able to take the whole roll under the car with me so I had everything within reach. I was even able to read the size on the wrenches in a low light area. Crescent tools for the win.

The wrench holder is a nice compact way to carry and keep organized. I used these to put up some scaffolding style shelving and they worked great. They also feel good in your hand during use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice companion set to a full wrench set. The included roll is very nice to keep them organized and tho throw in your tool box. Having multiple styles and sizes of these common sized wrenches is really useful especially when you have multiple projects going on at the same time. The offside loading on the box end is nice especially when you need to get off a small stubborn bolt. The finish on these is nice and has proven to be durable through use.

I like how they are keep in a case so when you need them you can find the right one on first try. Not like most that you just put in tool bag or tool box The you have to search to find what you need. Time is money in the field I would recommend these to co workers and friends. They are made well. The price is right for the tools. I do plumbing and Heating in the Boston Ma area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the compact case these wrenches come in. Sometimes I need to grab a wrench and hate getting into my big toolbox. I keep this set in my outbuilding for small projects when I need quick access to a wrench. I recently attached a smoker box to my grill and needed a open end wrench to hold nuts while I used my impact on bolts. These wrenches did the job perfectly. They feel very significant in your hand and have a beautiful polished surface. Only thing I would improve upon is adding colored enamel to the size call out but definitely not a deal breaker.

The wrench’s felt comfortable in my hand while breaking lose tight bolts. The box end fit the fasteners tightly and the open end did not spread while using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set has the common smaller SAE sizes. The handles are slim for getting into hard to reach places and have a nice chrome finish that is comfortable and free of burrs. Included is a cloth tool roll that keeps the set clean and organized.

In using the wrenches, the sizing is exactly as you'd expect it to be. The chrome finish seems to be very durable and maintains a nice shine, if that's important to you personally. I wouldn't mind if these wrenches were a bit longer, but these aren't specifically meant to be longer than usual, so I can't say that's a problem, just a personal preference. Altogether, this is a great little wrench set to keep with you on the go or in your toolbox.

The case is handy for wall mounting and on the go. I find case to be nice when going from the home garage to the house i know i wont have to be looking for the right tool

This standard set has the the basic sizes that I use for electrical work and has a pouch that rolls up. This saves space and keeps the wrenches together. Used them today tightening 3/8 nuts on some all thread.

They come in a nice roll up case that is labeled which makes them great if you wanted to throw them in a tool box or car for emergency situations.
