It’s not as strong as listerine strips so it’s not as burning or painful but it does last a few minutes. You don’t have to wait for it to melt or chew like with gum so it’s convenient. My favorite part about this spray is that there is a lock mechanism so that it doesn’t accidentally get pressed while in the bag

It’s so small that you can hold it in your pocket or purse - it travels well. I love that you are able to lock/close the spray top so it should not make a mess with an accidental spray. The bottle shoots a small mist in your mouth so you can decide if you want one or two sprays for fresh breath. The flavor is mint and since I love mint, it tastes great!

I love the freshness feeling it gives, it has a cleaning effect, but not as strong as Listerine. I would recommend. The only downside is that it doesn’t last long.
