Deceptive

Very confusing. I guess they are not sending actual gift cards. Sent email to me stating that I bought one, with no explanation as to how to use it, how to gift it, how to print it so it is usable. Can I get my money back. These were advertised as Gift Cards, as in having actual cards to give to someone on Christmas.
