Red grapefruit reminds me of summer with the burst of citrus flavor that dances in your mouth and when chilled is a great way to be refreshed on a hot day ! Being packed in extra light syrup is very nice it allows for the grapefruit slices to keep it's wonderful taste and also is packed full of vitamins ,if you like grapefruit you have to try this you won't be disappointed

I was hoping to find some creative things to do with this, but there wander anything on the del monte recipe site, so I guess the only option is to just it it by itself.

64oz container lid almost impossible to remove

I purchase the Citrus Salad 64oz containers and love the product, however removing the lid for the first time is almost impossible. Between tapping it on the floor or with a knife eventually I get it off. This has happened on nearly every container. I would suggest a package redesign so the lid comes off easily. or a smaller lid so you could use pliers or a lid removal tool. currently it is too large to use the tools I have. The last container I opened I took in the garage and used a hammer and screwdriver on the knurled lid to loosen it. I love the product but the lid removal is a joke.
