What’s not to like?? I’m 50 and I would probably buy a flavor labeled ‘mostly cherries’. I’m not embarrassed to admit I’ve taken a scoop of this and dropped it into a glass of red wine and called it sangria!

My family love it
This is a normal in my family as we use this fruit mix in a jello durning the holidays. Recipe we use is strawberry banana jello with this mixed in and marshmallows on top. It is a fruit salad that everyone loves. I dont know of a holiday when we dont make it. We just dont make it around the holidays, its great even for a 4th of july picnic or family reunion. Never any complaints from my family .

Happy to have found this canned fruit
My son enjoys the cherries from fruit cups so we had been opening multiple for him at once as they only seem to have a very small amount of cherry in each one. I’m really happy to have found this very cherry can as it has a decent amount of cherry (could still definitely be more cherry). He enjoys this fruit but I was surprised to find almost whole grapes inside. I empty the can onto a plate first so I can cut up any pieces I think aren’t age appropriate

Perfect for making fruit cocktail salad
I always use the Delmonte very cherry mixed fruit in a fruit cocktail recipe that I learned from watching my grandmother make every Thanksgiving and Christmas. I prefer this particular can because of the extra cherries, which are my favorite. So yummy!

Lots of Cherries !!
My family loves cherries so when I saw the Del Monte Cherry mixed fruit in extra light syrup I knew I had to get this for them. It comes with all the fruit the original can has, it just has extra cherries. I make fruit salad with this. I add whipping cream to it and add marshmallows and dice up some apples and bananas. It’s delicious.

Great taste, long shelf life
One of the things I consistently pack for lunch are the very cherry mixed fruit cups from Del Monte. Easy to store, long shelf life, taste great, and you can take and eat them anywhere. As a delivery driver I often eat on the road somewhere, so being able to just open your door and drain, then eat makes a good way to add some great tasting fruit and variety to your meals.

It’s my favorite thing to stuff my cakes , I love baking & creating new things, I am using it as a vanilla cake stuffing & it really matches very well, the remaining I will just add custards & cake slices to make a trifle, so zero waste xx

More cherries are better!
I love that these have more cherries than the standard fruit cocktails. It really makes it taste so much better, and looks prettier too. I like that it’s in extra light syrup as it really brings out the flavors.
