Q: Did anyone else have a problem opening it up enough to get the paper inside? When it arrived, the three hole punchers were like all the way down already so you can't fit even one piece of paper. Anyone know how to fix this?

submitted byACCO Brands - 2 years agoBrand expertA: Remove the center white safety clasp. I had a difficult time finding out how or what to unscrew or remove. It didn't come with instructions. Once I tried to remove the center white clasp it remove very easily. I am not mechanically inclined and I would say the removal is this center white safety clasp is very easy. Hope this helps.

A: Hi Krista, You could use only 2 holes when punching, but the punch heads are not movable. The spacing would be off from a traditional 2 hole punch. Hope this helps! Thanks! ACCO BRANDS

Q: Does yours make a clicking sound when pressing down on the bar to punch holes? My previous hole puncher did not make a clicking sound, so I want to see if mine is defective or if other people have noticed this sound as well.

It said it can do about 100 sheets of paper. I did 15 and took 30 mins to get it unstuck. Had to disassemble the parts and still would come out and I finally took some scissors to scrap the stuck paper. Ruined my booklet.

I hate that I’m limited to the size of paper I can hole punch. If it’s not letter size or smaller then I can’t put holes in it. I bought specifically to use after I laminated letter sized paper to put in a binder but the laminate makes it larger so it’s not functional for me.

There were less expensive hold punches out there - but if I can choose between something that makes me smile when I use it and inspires me with its prettiness, and something that feels eh, I'll choose the cute option!
