It seems as though the manufacturer wanted to save on materials, so they made these divider sheets so narrow that the tabs are in line with the edges of the 8.5" width papers so that they are difficult to find. The whole point of using divider inserts with tabs is to easily find the separate categories in the binder so that you don't have to flip through all of them to find the one you want. For me these are useless.
