A: Hey, eValerie! Thanks for your interest in the Five Star 5 Tab Flex NoteProtector Binder Insert. Tabbed dividers include adhesive labels. Labeling the sections let you easily navigate and organize your papers, great for keeping multiple subjects in the same binder. The adhesive labels are removable, but not re-writable and measure 1-5/8" X 1-7/16". Thanks! -ACCO Brands

Doesn't fit!
The dividers themselves are good and seem sturdy. The issue is that these state “FLEX” and show the flex notebook on the cover but they don’t fit correctly! They are way too big and hang out of the notebook on the top, bottom, and sides. Huge disappointment!

awesome dividers
These binders have 3 pockets. One in the back and two in front. These are great for organization. If you had these, you wouldn't even need to put paper in the rings of a binder anymore. I've used this last year and I'm using it again.
