The product itself is great, the problem is the container, way too hard to get the conditioner out of the bottle. I quite literally have to push it in the side of the shower to get it to dispense product. The bottle needs a redesign. The product also has a very fake bourbon smell compared to other brands

Why does this smell so bad? Not a typical bourbon style scent.
