Great but the bottle design SUCKS...

The bottle design is annoying for this VERY thick product consistency. You have to squeeze really hard to even get it out of the bottle. Often, it won’t even come down to the top, even stored upside down! Also, the lid closes shut very easily, which is super annoying. I had to add LOTS of water to make this conditioner dispense without tremendois effort. Similar issue with the shampoo. Ditch this bottle design or thin out the product. It’s horrible! I won’t buy again unless they do.

Smells good. But drying

Dries hair out. Very drying. Might work on a man’s short straight hair. I have to return. It makes my hair dryer after. Leaves a strange consistency. It destroys my hair. Smells like delicious coconut.
