Soft, Fresh & Clean Without the Heavy Residue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Herbal Essences Smooth Rose Hips Conditioner was super easy to apply after shampooing—just worked it through my hair with my hands like a normal conditioner. I use it about once a week and loved that it left no heavy residue behind. The scent was fresh and made my hair smell really good even the next day. While I’m not completely sure how much smoother it made my hair, it definitely helped my hair look cleaner, healthier, and less oily. I also noticed no extra breakage after using it. The before and after difference in my hair appearance was noticeable, especially with how refreshed and clean it looked the next day.

It did seem to be smoothing to my hair, but at the same time made my hair feel dried out. don’t know how to explain it. The scent was there but minimal, which was fine with me. It does seem to have some heavy conditioning ingredients so be careful not to apply to the scalp if you don’t want greasy roots. It’s a good product for the price but I would prefer a salon quality conditioner personally.
