I love it. I have naturally red, thick, and wavy hair - so pretty course hair that usually does not retain moisture well and this does wonders. Lightweight & smells so good!

Basic results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This herbal essences conditioner was pretty basic for my hair type. Although it smoothed to a certain degree, it wasnt mind blowing. It does have a very nice smell but my hair feels a little heavy and has a wet look to it. It also made my hair a little oily and feel like it has a film over it. I didnt notice any other major downsides though. My hair didn't experience any extra shedding or major issues while using. It just seems like its alot for my hair while not seeing the result I personally prefer in my hair care. My hair is normally thick and untameable which this calmed some but I dont like the way it made my hair feel to the touch. The value is decent for the price of it though.

It feels great.. doesnt feel like its coating my hair and my hair dries so nice. My hair naturally has volume so thats hard to say but the consistency is always welcoming.

Solid Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the herbal essence‘s smooth, rose hip shampoo, and conditioner and overall, I called the set decent pleasant to use even if the results weren’t dramatic. The first thing I noticed was how good it looks and smells the rose hip scientist, fresh without being overpowering and the products themselves have a great gelatinous texture that feels luxurious in the hand the consistency makes it easy to work through the hair, and they rinse cleanly without leaving residue the dry drying time after washing felt normal, not overly quick or slow, and the size of the bottle feels fair for the price where it didn’t quite deliver for me was the repair aspect. My hair felt soft and looked nice, but I didn’t see a major difference in smoothing or overall repair compared to what I was hoping for if you want something that smells lovely and feels nice to use the set. Definitely checks those boxes if you’re looking for a big transformation or deep repair it may not go quite that far.

Moisturizing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using herbal essence since I was a teen. The conditioner is non greasy and really hydrates my hair. I apply it to my ends and mid way up. I never apply it higher than that. It’s very hydrating. The packaging is OG just as I remember it and for the price point I even have my daughter use it.
