A: Actually, no you did not eliminate the confusion. Specifications section Dimensions, says it is 3 centimeters thick, not 3 inches.

A: All our toppers are meant to lay flat at all times. Folding the topper inside the sofa bed would void the warranty, as the care instructions on the packaging or paper insert states to not fold or roll. Reason is because it would cause the topper to, over time, begin to rip and crack as it is being pulled on itself and being pushed flat and cause weak points deformities.

The smell is so strong we cannot use it.

We regret to hear that the memory foam product you purchased did not meet your expectations. What that smell is, is an amplified smell of new Polyurethane foam. Polyurethane is a polymer composed of organic units joined by carbamate (urethane) links, and is not made of any dangerous compounds. It is nontoxic and nonharmful and will dissipate with usage. That smell unfortunately can come with any memory foam product by any manufacture. All our products are Certi-Pur certified and you can find our company name listed on their site. All our products must meet their standards before anything can hit the shelves. Only airing out will only partially help the smell go away. We also recommend compression of the product. When memory foam is made, it rises and cures just as bread would, and gets little air pocket bubbles. Those bubbles inside are holding in the smell. With compression or sitting on, using, or massaging it will speed up the process of the smell escaping and going away.

Premium Topper For The Soft bed lovers

Application was very simple just unroll and set on bed and add sheets. The memory foam is very soft and absorbs impacts like jumping or something dropping on the bread without transferring motion. The topper texture and design is very conformable and wraps around your body conformably.

This mattress pad has been a complete game changer. I’ve been getting the best sleep. I have lower back issues that cause me to wake at night, but this has given me extra cushion to allow for some relief. Literally don’t want to get it of bed in the morning

I don't have a full guest bed, but a mattress on the floor, I was able to add this to it and it is so much more comfortable now. The foam is thick and dense. When you push down on it it holds your shape but bounces back when you release. It seems like it will last a long time. I get really hot at night and so far I have not had any problems with being overly hot with this. Overall it seems like it will be a great addition to my guest room, and for my occasional naps. I am glad to have added this to my guest bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dream Serenity, Memory Foam Mattress Topper, 2-inch King has me sleeping comfortably now. The topper was easy to put in the bed, and it fits my king perfectly. The sides are reversible, one side is for a massage comfort with all the waves and the other side is for firmness which flat. The topper does make the bed a little warmer but that is a great thing in the winter. When my husband moves around I can't feel him moving as much anymore. I love how the product is made in the USA with environmentally friendly plant based products.

I've had the best sleep since I've recieved this mattress topper. It's 4 inches thick and super comfortable. This memory foam mattress stays cool and doesn't put off too much heat.
