A: Once the topper is open it is meant to lay flat there out. Any rolling or binding will cause weak points on the product and will eventually rip voiding the warranty.

Poor packaging
The item may be fine but this packaging and delivery were terrible. I have bought a few of these over the years and they come sealed and compressed. This one was uncovered dirty and wet upon arrival. I understand the box possibly being messed up but the item itself was not even sealed.

Surprisingly Nice!
Honestly, I didn't want to leave my bed after the 1st night I slept on it! I didn't expect it to work so nicely but I'm really glad I purchased it. I wake up with much less body aches and pains, and I sleep a little better too. I've only used the massaging side so far, and it's working well for me, so I don't think I'll be using the firm side. A little longer than my bed (Twin), but it wasn't an issue once my sheets were on. Wish I could give it 4.5 stars instead; it had a chemical smell, but it went away after some lysol and 2 days of airing it out!

The topper was easy to put in the bed, and it fits my king perfectly. The sides are reversible, one side is for a massage comfort with all the waves and the other side is for firmness which flat. The topper does make the bed a little warmer but that is a great thing in the winter. When my husband moves around I can't feel him moving as much anymore. I love how the product is made in the USA with environmentally friendly plant based products.

Feels like I have a new mattress!

I put this mattress topper on it and I cannot believe it feels like I have a new mattress! I really love it. My bed is more firm and I'm sleeping so much better. I don't have the aches and pains I usually wake up with. It's nice and thick after letting it expand for a couple of days. This really exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy. I'm going to buy another one for my Mom. I highly recommend this.

Game changer!

Before making the plunge we decided to try a mattress topper. This mattress topper has changed everything. It is so comfortable. I spread it out on the bed and let it rise for a couple hours to its full two inches. The first night I was a bit unsure because it was super soft yet also felt firm. It was strange but I gave it a shot. My husband and I woke up the next morning free of pain. This has given our mattress new life. It cradles you as you sleep and I have never gotten sleep like this before. It is amazing and I can't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend!

Just what we needed

When she woke up after the first night we used it she said that she had gotten the best sleep she had in a while because she hadn’t woken up once because she was hot. Make sure you unroll it and let it air out before you use it. It needs time to fluff up. We let it fluff for 12 hours. What can I say the mess annoyed me. You could probably go after 24 hours. We felt a difference that first night. I have no o doubts that this will let me get a good night sleep for a bit. Its like your bed hugs you to sleep.

What a difference it made! It gives you the option of firm or massage sides, I used the massage side and have been having the best night sleep.
