A: We recommend replacing the Exfoliating Body Sponge every 3-6 months depending on the usage because of hygienic reasons.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. The Earth Therapeutics Exfoliating Body Sponge is made with Coarse Polyurethane Foam, which is used in many skin care products, and no harmful additives. No studies have linked neuro-behavioral alterations, hyperactivity, or other behavioral issues to the foam’s consumer use without the additional presence of specific chemical flame-retardants, which we do not use. STINKS!!
I took the dried sponge from my shower and threw it into a ziplock bag to take on a last minute weekend away. Twelve hours later it smelled so bad it made everything in my luggage STINK! So disgusting. I don’t even want to think about how much mold and bacteria this sponge had trapped inside to make it smell like that so quickly- And only after a couple weeks of use!!
