as a west african whose been using these african exfoliating nets since i was a child, this is not authentic. the thread is so thin and definitley not as exfoliating as the ones i get from back home. it reminds me of the fake ones from amazon....

Similar African Net Sponges are known for their exfoliating properties, I had one from Amazon that I loved- and needed a new one. Saw this comparable “dupe” and WOW. I loved the price to start. It is the same, if not better than those you see trending right now. It has the “knots” in it, that help with exfoliation, that some competitors don’t. I love the lather, I paired it with an Olay retinol body wash. It’s a 10/10 for me. I feel so much cleaner!

Ive been seeing these (not this exact one) on TikTok and people raving about how good your skin will feel after your shower. I’m here to tell you there were NO LIES TOLD. After I used this in place of my loofah I’ll never go back.. my skin was so soft and I truly felt cleaner. I’ll never switch back!!
