Not for us
Definitely for much older kids/adults. The categories and letter restrictions are actually pretty hard and the scoring is based on an honor code that you will hit the right button. We pretty much hated it.

Not worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 year old got bored of this toy but my 4 year liked it for a few minutes she would just shout random words and push the button. I would suggest changing the annoying voice and make it more like the bop it toy. I feel like this toy is out dated.

So Fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been such a fun game for my boys to play. They play it for quite a long time each time they use it. It has helped them with their vocabularies, and they have as much fun as playing anything else! They will even bring it in the car to use on drives.

Very Challenging Game
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game kept my 11 year old son and puzzled. It was challenging because we have to figure out words within a specific topic and that started with a specific letter. Some of the tasks seemed random. Like one of the prompts was list something in the bathroom that starts with the letter k. Lol my son and I looked very puzzled. The only con that I have about the game is there Is no way to hear a correct answer for the prompts given. My final thoughts is that the game keeps you thinking, it can get boring if you were just playing by yourself.

This game is awesome for an educational game.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is awesome. I'm the mom and it made me have to stop and really think. My kids love it. And if they don't get the answer I'll look it up if I don't know it and they'll remember it. It reminds me of the old school bop it game cross with education. I love games that my kids enjoy and are learning at the same time. So this was a big score in my book. Since we've received it they have played it everyday. Parents will love it I promise.! Plus it's super small and easy to travel with.!

Fun game for the whole family!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun, fast paced game perfect for grade school kids. I loved playing this game with my family as part of game night, our toddler even was able to help out mom/dad and feel like they were apart of the game. Could definitely see this being used in a classroom setting as a fun, interactive game. The only con I could think of was that it was a little loud.

Fun and educational game!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wordgency is a really good quality and thoughtful game that proves to be great fun whilst educating at the same time. The aim is for to improve speed and thought through stimulation and group playing. It's extremely easy to learn but doesn't become boring. My kid loved playing with his friends. The time element makes it exciting and we had lots of laughs along the way. It is suitable for four players and is great for her family occasion. It requires 3x AAA batteries which are not included.Very nice game for parties and to go fun!

Family engagement night!

Great Interactive Game
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoyed playing Wordgency with my children. My sons are fascinated by fallout and nuclear bombs, so the game's "end of the world" theme and sense of urgency were quite impactful. It's engaging for both kids and adults, challenging everyone to think of ideas and words within a set time limit. The game ends when the timer goes off, and the next player takes a turn. My youngest had some trouble finding words, which led to a few upsets. Aside from that, it was entertaining, though my children's interest waned after about 20 minutes. It's an enjoyable activity for both indoor and outdoor play. I definitely recommend giving it a try.
