Ello Duraglass Refresh 10pc (set of 5) Glass Meal Prep Food Storage Containers Set

Came earlier then expected and perfect quality, and with the limited plastic we are slowly replacing all of my plastic containers with these ones!

I bought two of these at my local grocery store a few months ago to try and I love them so much I’m here online to buy more directly. I cook extra at dinner to create homemade meals for work lunches and I have used all types of plastic containers to freeze at home then heat in the break room. Unfortunately those never last long; they warp, stain, smell and are not eco-friendly for either the planet or my budget. These glass containers are great for dishing hot food into, they freeze well, and while glass is heavier than plastic they’re not too heavy to bring in my small lunch tote. So glad I made the plunge to try freezer-safe glass finally!

These were completely fine but not have some insane cracking in them!

How do I reattach the protective silicone bottom sleeve? We use 5 of these and all the crack protection sleeves are coming off, what safe glue should I use?

I purchased a set of these and they all broke when i was heating them in the microwave.

I bought these in in January and by September, 3 of 5 have cracked upon microwaving for less than 2 minutes time. When it happened the first time I was surprised but thought it was a fluke but now almost the whole set has been ruined.

I love these meal prep containers, i get excited to meal prep and use them! I store my food directly in the containers and microwave them when i am hungry

Unfortunately it cracked unexpectedly while ladling the dinner leftover due to moderation. Don’t use them often and use them on occasion. Hard to get everything from the grocery stores due to total payment. Leftovers will sizzle in the microwave while mine had cracked while putting portion control servings into bowl but couldn’t put the lid on & had to put servings back into the pot before losing in the fridge. Before cracks they are better than the wimpy plastic with lids; you have to take the rubber off before the oven. Haven’t put into the oven just yet. After losing one container I am not going to put any glass containers in the oven even without the rubber.

Overall I like these, but I shouldn't have put them in the oven. Even though I stayed at/below 400°, two of them still cracked. I'll go back to my Pyrex for oven use and will keep the rest of these for freezer, fridge, and microwave.

Microwaved my soup for 1. 5 mins and I heard a pop and didn’t realize till I sat down that it was my container! The crack is wrapped around most of the container!

My favorite food storage containers. Love how I can remove the rubber bottom and put it on as I please. I microwave my food all the time and never had a problem. They can store more food than I thought and I love that. They don’t take up much space but fit a lot of space

I washed these on the top rack, per directions. I heated up my meal and heard a pop in the microwave…assumed it was cheese bubbling. Wrong… the whole thing is cracked and I didn’t realize until after I ate half of it. Save yourself the money.

After 7 years of my original ello meal prep bowls, i had to replace a couple that had cracked. i bought this style with the tiny silicone boot. i washed them in the dishwasher before using - top rack only, as directed - and the boot came off and won't stay on as i try to put it back on. i have never had this problem with the mesh style silicone boot that goes all the way up
