Shipping/delivery issues
Item is what I expected based on the price. Cheap quality. My frustration is with FedEx delivery. The only reason I ordered through Target vs Amazon was the delivery date and unfortunately the item was shipped FedEx. Item was delivered 3 days late without any notification. Each day I had to log online to check status only to see delivery “tomorrow” three days in a row. I try hard not to order anything that’s shipped FedEx for this exact reason. They are almost always late IF they don’t lose the item or damage it in transit

After two tries, still didnt receive the correct item
We tried 2 times to order this item and both times the order was wrong. The first time they sent us an actual mattress which I then had to drag back into the store to get a refund. Thankfully the associate that was working that day was super helpful and patient. He really was awesome! The second time the order arrived it was an actual headboard, but not the one we ordered. So we then had to drag that into the UPS store. Such a frustrating process all around.

Overall pretty good but..
The top screws that attach the legs to the headboard just spin and do not tighten. The bottom screws work just fine. I tried everything to fix them, nothing does. The screws go in to the headboard fine without the legs. So, I'm not sure what the issue is. Overall, the headboard is good enough.

Quite pleased
Decent quality headboard at the right price. To have it be solid and sturdy on a simple raised metal frame holding the mattress off the ground, you can't raise it up higher to a more "normal" looking height. Because we wanted it sturdy we chose to keep the headboard much lower than what I'd prefer, but it works well, is decently made, looks nice, and at the lowest height is quite sturdy attached to the simple base metal frame I have lifting my bed. Definitely give it a shot!

Smelly headboard
The smell that this headboard emits is awful. It sat in our garage for a week and has been in a bathroom for 2 weeks (with thr fan on) and it still smells horrible.

We bought the king size in a camel color & absolutely love it! Put it into the bed frame in a snap & it's solid as can be. Looks like a high end quality headboard & we r happy we purchased & at a great price!
