Broken toy, broken hearted
I picked up my order in a drive up so I just put the bag in the passenger seat and drove home. When I got home and opened the package the item had obviously been bought before and returned because the box had some rips that had been taped over and the item was broken. It is an etch a sketch and to clear the screen you should be able to shake it and here’s sand like sound as it clears the screen. When you shake this item it sounds like just broken plastic or glass inside. Needless to say this item needs to be in the trash not on the shelf for sale. I am returning it today to get my money back. So disappointed with all this.

Not everyone aprreciates a classic toy
I bought this for a nephew. It’s a classic toy which I’m glad he learned to appreciate. Unfortunately, I’ve received this with a broken box with the toy scratched up. Maybe it was stored in inventory after it was returned used. Couldn’t Target have sent a brand new one?!

Not worth it..
Zero quality control.. first one came opened and second one was damaged with plastic permanently in the screen and damaged from the factory… had to do the return process twice. Only reason for two stars is target customer service tried but now I am refunded but without one and not going to try for a third one.
