Q: Does the screen wipe off easily and completely with the cloth? My daughter received the "As seen on TV" magic board and it is a disaster to clean off. Horrible product.

submitted byCrayola - 5 years agoBrand expertA: It takes a few wet paper towels to get everything off completely. It comes off easily but it does smudge around at first and doesn’t very pretty. I average around 2-3 wet paper towels and 1 dry to clean completely.

Being that you were having difficulty erasing the marker ink from the screen, your disappointment with the product is understandable. Usually, the ink can be erased using a soft cloth. For stubborn marks, we suggest using a damp cloth to remove the artwork and going back over with a dry cloth to pick up any remaining residue. This was packaged poorly the end of the box is crushed. I am handicapped so I shop online it's easier for me. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I hope the light board isn't damaged. If it is her mom will have to return it or I will have to buy something else.

My son loved this until we used washable Crayola dry erase markers on the board and they won't wash off. He received this for his birthday about 2 weeks ago and it is already unusable. We are both so sad and disappointed. I wish there was a larger warning to only use the markers that came with the board.

Need a wet paper towel to clean, but doesn't come completely clean. Plus my kids hands get covered with the marker from the wet paper towel. Poorly designed as an art board when it's not easy to clean.

We suggest cleaning the board surface using a damp cloth and going over it with a dry cloth to remove all moisture.
