Poor execution
Daughter received this as birthday. Present. The concept is good but the execution is terrible. The light on the pad is weak and the outline is barely visible. We are using the stencil and paper that came with the unit itself. I recommend against buying this unless it is improved.

Disappointing
Stopped working after a couple months. Replaced batteries and still won’t light up. We even tried several different kinds of batteries. Just got for Christmas and didn’t even last a year.

Love the creativity
My granddaughters have had hours of fun over the last 3 years. Just wish I could get replacement tracing sheets. As my older ones want different options. I even ordered 2 more so they don’t have to share.

Very poor quality item
This was used very sparingly until it randomly stopped working. We replaced the batteries and the light still won’t turn on. Super disappointing.

Died after a few months of use.
Got this for my daughter for Christmas she LOVED it. It’s been not even three months and when I went to replace the batteries after it started flickering it just won’t turn on anymore. Now I have an upset child and a hole in my pocket. Not happy and will not purchase anything electronic from this brand again. We don’t have a ton of money so this really stings because I can’t just replace it for her.

Does not work with batteries
Have bought and had to return twice. When putting in brand new batteries we have not been able to get either one to turn on. Very disappointed because I think our daughter would have loved this for Christmas. And she still has not gotten to use it.

Lighting issue
My 5 year old daughter who loves drawing got this as a gift for Christmas from her cousins. She used it one day and then the light stopped working. We changed the batteries and it still won’t turn on. She’s so upset about this as it was one of her favorite gifts. I would not recommend this item for this reason the item is worthless without the light.

Misleading item image
Bought this for my 6 year old who loves cars, but as another reviewer said, I received one that had dragons on the front. He has no interest in dragons. I returned in store and looked to see if maybe they had a car one there, but they didn't. Please update the image on here so it doesn't mislead others. I've been on the hunt for the car version but looks like it's old because I can't find it anywhere.

Heads-up to car lovers
The listing for this item shows that the tracing pages are stock images of cars, but the one I received had dragons and other medieval images. I submitted a return for the dragons one and attempted again to order the cars, but the new item I received from the exchange was medieval as well. So for all you parents out there with children who love cars, be aware: I believe the listing is outdated and that the blue tracing pad no longer comes with car images. The tracing pad itself seems pretty cool. I think my kid will like it - I’ll just have to use my printer to get the cars images we’re looking for.
