Like the original - but tiny! Who doesn't love a good etch-a-sketch. It's the same quality as the original - good dials, good screen, etc. I'm hopeless at actually producing anything but squiggles, so good thing it wasn't for me! For a small white elephant gift, kid prize, etc., this is perfect.

A little smaller than expected
I should have paid more attention to the dimensions but definitely a little smaller than I anticipated. My child is still developing their fine motor skills, so the small knobs are a little tricky. Also the line is so thin it’s kind of hard for her to find.

Great Little Toy!
My daughter loves to draw (especially on the go) so I got her this little Etch A Sketch so she can stick it in her purse and bring it anywhere with her. She absoultely loves it and uses it all the time! This is the perfect size to just slip in any bag so that you can have it on the go for your little one (or if they like bringing their own bag like my daughter, they can put it in theirs). It works just like the regular sized Etch A Sketch does and just as well! The quality is on par with their regular sized version. This has been a favorite of my daughter's since we purchased it and we are really happy with it! I would definitely recommend it to others who are considering it! The price is great as well!

The description is misreading. It says that the item is 5.75" by 4.75". That is the PACKAGING, not the item itself. I already had a pocket Etch a sketch but thought, based on the specifications, that it was a larger model. I was misled into buying something I already had.
