GREAT SMART LOCK!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had and old “smart lock” for a couple of years now. It promised a long lasting battery life, but I literally had to change them almost every week. But this lock is just *chef kiss*. The battery hasn’t died since I got it! It was super easy to install, which is great because I’m not good with manual labor haha. I love that it has an app, so I can monitor EVERYTHING. And last but now least, it’s very expensive looking. This lock is a 10/10 for me!

Works great!
Easy to install, although I unfortunately had to rebore my deadbolt hole (it was originally bored too small anyway). Otherwise the whole process of installing the lock and linking the app and software took maybe 15 minutes. It works really well for us. We have it installed on a garage door that we had previously had to go out each night to make sure it was locked. Now the app informs you whether it's locked and lets you lock it remotely if it isn't. Perfect for us.

Don’t have to be within lock range. 5. Lets all members of the house create their own passkey. 6. Shows you time history of when door is locked and unlocked in the app. 7. Can withstand any type of weather! Cons: 1. App is under one account so if everybody uses the app it doesn’t specify who opened the door just the account user.

It sends alerts to my cell phone when they enter a code and it is easy to change the codes. I don't need to carry keys since I am a little forgetful. It is really recommended.

Easy install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy and quick installation. Can be controlled via the eufy security app on your phone. We set it up on all the household members phone. Could not figure out how to have different accounts but we all are sharing the same account via the app. It comes with a physical key as well which is great because electronics cannot always be relied on. It replaced the deadbolt but the regular door knob also requires a key so it would be nice if somehow they were interchangeable so you did not have to use two different keys. In the vent the doorknob lock is locked then the deadbolt unlocking ability would be rendered useless so going to have to keep that in mind when give access to dog walkers, neighbors etc

Install was a bit of a struggle, but overall I like it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a bit of a headache because the insert into the door didn't fit. I was able to modify things to get a solid fit after about 45m of tinkering. The QR code to activate the device is tiny and in a very awkward spot. I struggled to get my phone to scan it. Having had the device installed for the past few weeks, I can say that I like it. With a few caveats: The locking mechanism seems very sensitive to the position of the bolt into the receiver. When using the app to lock the door, it fails more often than not. When using the keypad to lock the door, this doesn't seem to be an issue. Other than that, I really like this and as an over-scheduled ADHD person, I have managed to not lock myself out of the house anymore, which is why I wanted it in the first place.
