Very disappointed with this product.been thru every possible scenario to get this thing to connect but to no avail.waiting on a replacement that I’m not particularly interested in but will see how it goes

Unreliable App Access With Unreliable Eufy Customer Service.
I’m unable to access the door lock through the app. I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times. After a reset, it works temporarily, but then the issue returns. I contacted Eufy customer service, but after requesting information and receiving it from me, they stopped responding. Overall, very frustrating experience.

WI-Fi Smart Lock
The manual lock rotary switch is loose and does not have good tactile feedback. It locks/unlocks but feels un-sturdy and cheap. The door lock often can’t find our wifi and locks/unlocks frustrating slowly (not the actual locking/unlocking) but connection, if connected it works quite well. Bluetooth seems OK. The keypad is OK but often won’t open on the first attempt, it’s not counterintuitive. Not quite the superior product I have come to expect from Eufy.

Excellent locks, easy to fit
The locks work well and were simple to fit. But, I was under the impression that my three locks could be grouped together and controlled (opened and closed) as a single group. This is not the case. Despite numerous emails to Eufy, they are unable to show me how this is done. The help desk people have been useless.

GREAT SMART LOCK!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had and old “smart lock” for a couple of years now. It promised a long lasting battery life, but I literally had to change them almost every week. But this lock is just *chef kiss*. The battery hasn’t died since I got it! It was super easy to install, which is great because I’m not good with manual labor haha. I love that it has an app, so I can monitor EVERYTHING. And last but now least, it’s very expensive looking. This lock is a 10/10 for me!

Works great!
Easy to install, although I unfortunately had to rebore my deadbolt hole (it was originally bored too small anyway). Otherwise the whole process of installing the lock and linking the app and software took maybe 15 minutes. It works really well for us. We have it installed on a garage door that we had previously had to go out each night to make sure it was locked. Now the app informs you whether it's locked and lets you lock it remotely if it isn't. Perfect for us.

Don’t have to be within lock range. 5. Lets all members of the house create their own passkey. 6. Shows you time history of when door is locked and unlocked in the app. 7. Can withstand any type of weather! Cons: 1. App is under one account so if everybody uses the app it doesn’t specify who opened the door just the account user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] thank you influencer. This lock is very easy to install in less than 20 minutes and so far it is very secure. It sends alerts to my cell phone when they enter a code and it is easy to change the codes. I don't need to carry keys since I am a little forgetful. It is really recommended.

Security features are amazing, the compatibility is a great feature, and the connectivity to the Wi-Fi is a little iffy but I can deal with it. I like the fact that I can lock and unlock my door right on my phone whether I'm home or 30,000 miles away
