Despite installing new batteries, they don’t seem to be connecting right as the lock says low battery and immediately turns off. Disappointing as I was looking forward to this working better than our previous Sense lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when first installed, it was great. Would get notifications of locking and unlocking, remote control, everything it was supposed to. Now it won’t link to WiFi and I literally can do nothing with it.

We love how easy it is to program and how the app keeps us updated on if the door is locked or unlocked. We have middle school aged kids and appreciate the autolock timing feature in the app, so if they forget to lock the door it will lock itself. One thing that I have found quite annoying is how often I have to change the battery, we live in a hot climate so maybe that affects its lifespan. We use rechargeable batteries, and I am having to switch them out every three weeks or so, more of an inconvenience than anything, but I wish they lasted longer
